This Williams pear eau de vie from the Reisetbauer Distillery in Austria was produced originally for the Ski-Club Alberg (hence why the club’s logo appears on the label). A crisp, delicately flavoured spirit, showing off the brilliance of the pear.

Palate: The palate is an explosion of flavors and the finish is nice.
Finish: Quite rich and lovely smooth texture.
