This is a light-aroma style Baiju distilled from Sorghum and bottled at 112 proof. The nose is pleasantly vegetal with a hint of sweetness underneath. The palate is savory with soft sweetness for balance leading into a quick finish that fades into clove. A pleasant Baiju great for shooting neat or making cocktails.
