The Port of Leith distillery will be using casks seasoned with sherry from Bodegas Barón to mature its whisky, but while we wait for that whisky to age, they’ve decided to give us a taste of Bodegas Barón’s sherry! Nose: Aroma is very pleasant.
Palate: A splendid taste with a warm feel to it. Not to smoky but silky smooth.
Finish: Quite rich and lovely smooth texture.
