Popol Vuh Joven Espadin Mezcal is a 100% agave mezcal from Oaxaca, Mexico. It is a single-varietal mezcal made from Espadín agave, which is considered the most common and widely grown agave in Oaxaca. It has an earthy aroma with hints of smoke and herbs, as well as floral and citrus notes. On the palate, it is smooth and well-balanced with a slightly sweet finish.
Nose: Aroma is very pleasant.
Palate: Producing a long, pleasant aftertaste that lingers long after the shot is empty, it certainly awakens the senses.
Finish: Finish is long and slightly warming, with a touch of cloves and cinnamon.
