Polugar, more commonly known as Bread Wine, is a traditional, historical form of vodka using copper pot stills and lower proof distillation which retains more flavour rather than the newer column stills distillation methods in use across Russia.

Distillery Information
Rodiono & Sons set out to build a distillery not far from Warsaw, Poland where their Polugar was made using historical methods. Over the next century, Rodionov and his sons dared to recreate their vodka the way it was produced in Russia prior to 1895, when Russian banned private distilleries.
