Made exclusively with Chardonnay specially selected from the C√¥te des Blancs’ Grands Crus, Pol Roger’s 2013 vintage Blanc de Blancs spent six years maturing before making its way for us all to enjoy. With a buttery, fruity, subtly floral flavour profile, this should make for a fantastic aperitif.
Nose: Aroma is very pleasant.
Palate: Orange blossom, elegant vanilla and lightly toasted brioche, a soft mineral hint developing later on.
Finish: Lingering finish.
