It is made in France from a base of wheat–traditionally the base for French vodka–and blended down with Gensac spring water. They say the taste is “unforgettable like a French kiss. ” Pigalle is a particular locale in Paris named for sculptor Jean Baptiste Pigalle and is regarded as one of the more adult sections of Paris.
