Pierre Huet 15 Year Old Pays d’Auge Calvados is an aged, distilled apple brandy that has been aged for 15 years in French oak barrels. The result is a mature, full-bodied Calvados with hints of toasted oak, sweet caramel, and vanilla. The finish is long and spicy with hints of dried fruit.
Nose: Delightful aroma.
Palate: A splendid taste with a warm feel to it. Not to smoky but silky smooth.
