Non Dosé refers to zero dosage, which means that no sugar is added at disgorgement, and the result is fresh and floral, perfect alongside sushi.
Nose: Full-bodied aroma.
Palate: Lovely, mild on the tongue with a slight burn at the end.
Finish: The finish is surprisingly long and warming.
