Native botanicals include rock samphire, sea fennel, sage, citrus and Cornish sea salt, either sustainably sourced or organically grown. A uniquely maritime spirit, great simply with tonic and a twist of lemon peel.
Nose: Aroma is very pleasant.
Palate: This is extremely rich and very balanced in flavour.
Finish: Long, delicate and complex.
