From Colorado-based micro distillery Peach Street Distillers, can you guess which fruit this spirit is made from? It’s peaches, of course! They’re sourced from local fruit farms, with almost 16kg used for every litre of spirit produced. This batch was matured in a combo of American oak and a French brandy cask before being bottled up at two years old by That Boutique-y Spirits Company. Batch 1 is a release of 132 bottles.
Nose: Refreshing aroma.
Palate: This is extremely rich and very balanced in flavour.
Finish: Finish is very smooth and long.
