This Pisco has nothing to do with Italy. Italia is the name of an aromatic grape type with an extremely fragrance. It is related to the muscat grape local in southern countries. And it is adapted optimally to Peru to the sunny and dry climate.

Nose: Semi–aromatic aroma with a hint of Muscat.

Palate: Intensive flavours of citrus and tropic fruits.

Finish: Long finish.

The Vineyard Ocucaje is a vineyard located in the district of Ocucaje , southwest of the city of Ica , in Peru. Ocucaje vineyard became the largest producer of pisco in that country.
