Nose: “Floral-red-fruity bouquet. White and violet flowers in the top note are fruity underpinned by dark blackberry and strawberry aromas.”
Palate: “Mild aromas of beeswax and raspberry leaves once again mingle with small wild strawberries.”
Finish: “Lingering finish that leaves a lasting impression.”
Distillery Information
The Giovi distillery, is a young company founded in 1987 by the Master Distiller Giovanni La Fauci, with head offices in Valdina, near Messina, in a region that benefits from a warm Tyrrhenian climate, that opens up to reveal the natural beauty of Capo Milazzo and the Aeolian Islands.
