For this aromatic white vermouth, the folks over at Nunquam took some inspiration from the father of modern medicine, Hippocrates! Why, you ask? Well, back in Greece in 460 BC, Hippocrates was credited with the invention of the hippocratic wine, which isn’t far off the basic recipe of vermouth. For Ippocrate, Tuscan white wine is infused with 15 botanicals, including gentian, wormwood, cinnamon, citrus peel and cherry, to name a few. Now you can add a splash of history to your cocktails!
Nose: Nose is complex yet not overwhelming.
Palate: This is extremely rich and very balanced in taste.
Finish: Rich and smooth.
