A terroir-driven silver Cachaça from the coastal rainforests of southern Brazil, made with locally grown organic sugar cane. It’s fermented with wild yeast and distilled in a copper pot still, then rested in inert stainless steel tanks for one year to ensure a smooth spirit but with all the flavour. Try it in a Caipirinha!
