Nocheluna Sotol Blanco is a spirit made from the wild harvested agave of the Nocheluna Sotol variety. This agave grows in the wild in the desert-like climate of Northern Mexico. It is harvested and cooked in clay ovens, then mashed and distilled. The resulting spirit is smooth and herbal with notes of roasted agave, pepper, and citrus. It is perfect for sipping neat or in cocktails.
Nose: Full-bodied aroma.
Palate: This is extremely rich and very balanced in flavour.
