Made with 100% estate-grown Hood River Bartlett pears, this alluring and memorable brandy is excellent on its own or when mixed in your favorite brandy cocktails.

Nose: Extremely pure and clear with aromas of lush ripe pears with hints of cinnamon and cardamom.

Distillery Information

New Deal Distillery was founded in 2004 and prides itself on the “do-it-yourself” attitude of Portland, Oregon. They have a relationship with Loft Organic Liqueurs to produce the grain alcohol base used for the liqueurs offered by that California based company. New Deal comes with a philosophy of local spirits over industrial vodka “made in a vat the size of a city block” by “a consortium of people more interested in diversifying their portfolios than sitting down for a sip with customers.” The distillery is meant to be a symbol of hope, progress, and prosperity.
