Blend of barrel-aged apple and pear brandies produced by Neversink Spirits in Port Chester, New York. Apple brandy varieties include Jonagold, Empire, and Gala; co-fermented for 10 days. Pear brandy is 100% Bartlett pear; fermented 2–3 weeks. Each is distilled separately in Neversink’s custom Holstein hybrid pot still.
