London-based Myatt’s Fields Cocktails has put its own twist on a Manhattan, making it with Cuban rum, bottling it up, and naming it Baby Otis! Inside you’ll find said rum, alongside two vermouths, and grapefruit bitters, aged for six weeks before being bottled at 24.5% ABV. Stir over ice and serve in a chilled coupe glass with a ribbon of grapefruit peel.
Nose: Nose is complex yet not overwhelming.
Palate: This is extremely rich and very balanced in taste.
Finish: Rich and smooth.
