Monk Isidore Vodka is made in the style of Russian vodka, with its name taken from the person thought to have invented the spirit many moons ago. This expression was made at the English Spirit Distillery by Dr. John Walters using grain imported from Russia, as well as Cornish water. Suitable for sipping neat, though will also do well in cocktails.
Nose: Nose is complex yet not overwhelming.
Palate: Lovely, mild on the tongue with a slight burn at the end.
Finish: Perfect, long lasting finish.
