While many non-alcoholic spirits looks to show off the flavours of herbaceous spirits, Mockingbird Spirit is all about evoking the flavours of agave-based spirits, but without the alcohol. It’s made with blue weber agave all the way from Mexico, as well as Ashwagandha. Can be enjoyed in cocktails or mixed drinks, as you would a Tequila.
Nose: Delightful aroma.
Palate: Lovely, mild on the tongue with a slight burn at the end.
Finish: Perfect, long lasting finish.
