Misen Ginjyo is a premium sake produced by Misen Brewery in Japan. It is made from Yamadanishiki rice, which is the highest-grade of sake rice available, and is brewed using traditional methods such as kimoto, yamahai and sandan shikomi. It has a medium-dry taste with a hint of sweetness and a crisp, refreshing finish.
