Description
Crafted 100% from the first growth of the Cognac region. Made mainly from Ugni Blanc grapes, the winemaking process is carefully controlled, with selected yeasts used for fermentation and no addition of sulfur dioxide.
The wine is then distilled twice using the Charente Method and aged in French oak barrels from the Limousin forest for much longer than the minimum required by regulation, resulting in a creamy cognac with hints of peach, marmalade, orange peel, vanilla, toffee, walnut, and rancio. Best enjoyed neat at 20°C to 25°C (70° to 80°F), this is a cognac to be sipped patiently for a unique and exceptional experience.
