Nose: Oily juniper and pine take the lead, with woody spices opening the way for subtle raisins, honeyed almonds, and buttery shortbread.

Palate: Rich oak char and butterscotch combine superbly with resinous juniper and pine, while dried herbs and liquorice are balanced by softly sweet notes of poached stone fruit and candied nuts.
