Marolo Barolo Grappa 12 year Old Brandy is a complex spirit that features an elegant balance of sweet and bitter. This grappa is made from the best grapes in the Piedmont region, and is distilled in small batches to capture the best of the grape’s flavor. Distilled with the traditional grape must, the Grappa is aged for 12 years in barrels of oak and chestnut. The complex flavor profile of this grappa is best enjoyed neat, on the rocks, or with a splash of club soda.
Nose: Nose is complex yet not overwhelming.
Palate: A splendid taste with a warm feel to it. Not to smoky but silky smooth.
Finish: Lingering finish.
