For more than 100 years it has been made using a traditional recipe that dates back to the ancient art of pisco distilling. Pisco MalPaso Reservado is a particularly high-quality pisco made from a combination of grapes from the Ica region. It is distilled according to a traditional recipe and then aged in oak barrels for at least a year. This gives it its unique taste and golden colour. The Pisco MalPaso Reservado has an alcohol content of 40% vol. and is ideal for mixing cocktails.
Nose: Full-bodied aroma.
Palate: The palate is an explosion of flavors and the finish is nice.
Finish: Long, delicate and complex.
