It’s distilled in a three-stage copper still, the only one of its kind said to still be operating in Brazil, and has been named Bica Do Alambique after the alembic still. Of course, you can use this in a Caipirinha, or all manner of experimental cocktails!
Nose: Nose is complex yet not overwhelming.
Palate: Lovely, mild on the tongue with a slight burn at the end.
Finish: Finish is smooth and long.
