From the wonderful folks over at Lost Loch Spirits comes an aged absinthe! Part of the Singular Series, the limited edition Murmichan Absinthe was aged in a hogshead sourced from Speyside’s Tomintoul! The spirit spent a whole 20 months maturing in the whisky cask before bottling at an eye-watering 72% ABV, with an outturn of just 250 bottles.
Nose: Aroma is very pleasant.
Palate: This is extremely rich and very balanced in flavour.
Finish: Lingering finish.
