With a commitment to sustainability and traditional production methods, this agave spirit (or ‘Destilado de Agave’) is made with blue weber agave – though cannot be called a Tequila (only certain varieties of blue weber are certified to make Tequila).
Nose: Aroma is very pleasant.
Palate: Lovely, mild on the tongue with a slight burn at the end.
Finish: Finish is very smooth and long.
