Pisco Logia Acholado is a blend of Brandies made from Quebranta (the strongest and most flavorful of all Pisco grapes), Torontel, and the aromatic Italia grape. After it spends half a year maturing, it becomes a highly sippable blend with a distinct personality.
Nose: Chocolate and jasmine on the nose with hints of green apple, citrus and Muscat.
Palate: Flavors of dried fruit, pecan and dried apricot.
Finish: Long and balanced finish.
