Nose: Melting butter and sugar bring notes of toffee, with fresh vanilla pod, New York cheesecake, plus cookies and cream ice cream.
Palate: A creamy, almost lactic quality brings notes of vanilla tablet, with mellow warmth resting in the depths.
Finish: A touch of spice is softened by vanilla custard and silky crème brûlée, complete with a burnt sugar top.
