This rare vintage Armagnac from Larressingle Maison Gimet was distilled in 1991 and has been aged for 30 years. It has a rich and complex nose, with aromas of dried fruits, toasted almonds, and spices. On the palate, it has a smooth and well-balanced flavor, with notes of fresh apricots, honey, and sweet oak. The finish is long and mellow, with a hint of citrus and anise.
