Lapostolle XO Aged Pisco is a premium pisco spirit made from a blend of grape varieties from the Elqui Valley in Chile. This pisco is aged in French oak barrels for a minimum of 5 years, resulting in a smooth and complex spirit with aromas of dried fruit, wood, and spice. The palate is round and silky, with flavors of dried figs, nuts, and spices.
Nose: Delightful aroma.
Palate: This is extremely rich and very balanced in flavour.
Finish: Quite rich and lovely smooth texture.
