Lamata Sotol Spirit is a spirit made from the natural agave plant. It is made in the traditional manner of being cooked in pits and covered with stone. This process is done in the De La Cruz family home in Mexico. The result is a spirit that is smooth, with a subtle smoky taste.
Nose: Aroma is very pleasant.
Palate: The palate is an explosion of flavors and the finish is nice.
Finish: The finish is surprisingly long and warming.
