Baijiu is a Chinese spirit with many, many years of history behind it, and is incredibly popular in China, though not a lot of it is exported. It’s made with a blend of wheat and sorghum – Baijiu can also be made with barley, corn or rice.

Palate: A rich, complex, and smooth taste.
Finish: Finish is very smooth and long.
