Nose: Very elegant and precise aromas.
Palate: This is extremely rich and very balanced in flavour.
Finish: Great elegance and length on the finish.
Starkus is based on a Polish tradition of birth, life, and coming of age. In Polish tradition, when a baby was born, the child’s father would pour a spirit into a barrel which would be sealed and buried. On that child’s wedding day, the barrel would be unearthed and joined by the wedding guests.
