Takahashi Shuzo Co. Ltd. is a company who has been making full-fledged rice shochu since 1900. It is located in Kumamoto Prefecture in Japan. This particular set from Takahashi Shuzo is the Kome Shochu set. It includes: Kinjo Shiro – Aged 6 Months – 10 Year Old 720ML, Hakutake Shiro – Aged 6 Months 720ML, Ginrei Shiro – Aged 6 Months 720ML. Presented in a decent box, this is a perfect set and is worth a try!
Nose: Nose is complex yet not overwhelming.
Palate: This is extremely rich and very balanced in flavour.
Finish: Quite rich and lovely smooth texture.
