We tried to think of a more refreshing flavour combination than cucumber and mint, and we were stumped. This clean and crisp vodka-based spirit drink from Ketel One marries the two flavours brilliantly, with each botanical individually extracted using only natural fruit, flower and herb essences. This is a winner paired with soda water, though for a more summery serve try it with pink lemonade and a splash of fresh lemon juice.
Nose: Nose is complex yet not overwhelming.
Palate: Lovely, mild on the tongue with a slight burn at the end.
Finish: Lingering finish.
