Something you don’t see all that often, it’s a cask-aged vodka! For this Peat Cask expression, Kalak took its vodka (distilled with Irish malted barley) and rested it in charred American virgin oak casks. A sweet and smoky delight which could put some interesting twists on classic cocktails.
Nose: Nose is complex yet not overwhelming.
Palate: The palate is an explosion of flavors and the finish is nice.
Finish: Lingering finish.
