It’s one of the few vodkas on earth distilled from rice… in the case of Kai Vodka, “Yellow Blossom rice” from the Red River Delta in Vietnam. The flavor is something that they claim will challenge the notion that vodka should be odorless and tasteless. Kai Lychee vodka infuses the original version with the Southeast Asian lychee fruit.
