Janeiro Cachaca is an ideal ally for your caipirinhas. This pure Brazilian cane juice spirit was distilled in one of the oldest houses in the state of Rio de Janeiro. Janeiro cachaca is made from hand-cut cane. It is left to rest for several months in wooden vats, which give it a slight straw colour.
Nose: A delicate aroma.
Palate: This is extremely rich and very balanced in flavour.
Finish: Finish is lingering.
