The folks at the Lyme Bay Winery know a thing or two about using fruit to make tasty booze, and they’re at it again here! Interestingly, this West Country cider is aged in rum barrels, which gives it wonderfully rich, sweet, and subtly oaky character and depth.
Nose: Delightful aroma.
Palate: Sweet, still apple cider with plenty of full bodied, fruity flavour, hints of oaky vanilla and gentle spice.
Finish: Finish is lingering.
