Detailed Description
Each autumn Greensand Ridge press sweet apple juice from a surplus of quality apples (60% Gala and 40% Mairac for 2018’s pressing). The brand collects from fruit growers in the Weald of Kent and Sussex. This juice is then fermented long and slow before the cider is distilled into new make apple spirit. The spirit is then matured in ex-bourbon barrels, resulting in delicious Greensand Ridge Apple Brandy!

Nose: Nose is complex yet not overwhelming.
Palate: Lovely, mild on the tongue with a slight burn at the end.
Finish: Perfect, long lasting finish.
