After 10 long years of resting in wooden casks, Menomonee Valley Single Malt is now ready and available for your enjoyment. Distilled in a pot still and derived only from malted barley, Menomonee Valley Single Malt is as close to Scotch as possible outside of Scotland.
Nose:Notes of chocolate, smoke, and grain detectable.
Palate: On the palate, the flavor profile is out of balance with a cloying sweetness playing against an unpleasantly acrid smokiness.
Finish: There is an unpleasant note reminiscent of burnt plastic, but, mercifully, the finish is quick and short.
