Gran Cruz Porto is a 10 year old tawny port from Portugal. This port is made from a selection of the finest Portuguese grapes and aged for at least 10 years in oak barrels. It has a deep amber-brown color and aromas of dried fruit, nuts, and spices. On the palate, it is smooth and velvety with notes of figs, dates, and caramel. It has a long finish with hints of toasted oak and a slight nutty flavor. This is a perfect dessert wine to enjoy with chocolate desserts, cheeses, and other desserts.
