Gautier X.O. Gold & Blue is a blend of old eaux-de-vie, aged up to 35 years, symbolizing the sun and light of Cognac and the river on which Maison Gautier sits.
Nose: This premium cognac has floral aromas with hints of toast and cinnamon.
Palate: Well-rounded and subtle, with a smooth honeyed notes.
Finish: A well-balanced finish, with a hint of spice.
Gautier is based in Aigre on the Osme river, also known as the Little Venice of Charente. The Maison Gautier Cellars were built in a unique location; a former watermill in Aigre on the Osme river, nicknamed the “Little Venice” of Charente. Et voil√†, Maison Gautier was officially born. The heirs of Maison Gautier succeeded each other for over 10 generations, building the family business.
