Made exclusively with the pomace of Gaja’s Rossj-Bass Chardonnay wine grapes which is fermented and slowly distilled, before ageing in steel tanks. Full of floral, fruity zest, this is light and delicate, so should pair rather well with seafood, we reckon!
Nose: Full-bodied aroma.
Palate: Bright and zesty citrus, dry with a hint of earthy minerality and intense fruit, floral poached apples, and drying grapes.
Finish: Finish is smooth and long.
