Made using the finest “heart of the distillation”, this is distilled in Alsace. The Miclo company use more than 2,000 tonnes of fresh fruit each year! This Poire William is aged in oak barrels for added complexity, and they recommend it as a digestif.
Nose: Aroma is very pleasant.
Palate: Lovely, mild on the tongue with a slight burn at the end.
Finish: Finish is lingering.
