Quince, traditionally the fruit of choice for WI-made conserves, it can now be sampled in this stunning Coing eau de vie from G. Miclo. They either ferment or macerate the fruit in alcohol prior to distillation. The result is tangy and incredibly fresh.
Nose: Aroma is very pleasant.
Palate: A splendid taste with a warm feel to it. Not to smoky but silky smooth.
Finish: Clean,crisp and smooth.
