Detailed Description
Splendid vodka from the Isle of Man, produced at the Fynoderee distillery. A base of high quality grain spirit is redistilled with just a smidge of Manx honey, sourced from hives based on the north of the island. The result is a delightfully silky sipper with a rich profile and soft texture that will be ideal for cocktails and cracking served neat over ice.

Distillery Information
With family roots on the Isle of Man that can be traced back through the centuries, local couple and entrepreneurs Paul and Tiffany Kerruish founded The Fynoderee Distillery in 2017. Their passion for distilling premium Manx spirits with genuine provenance took us from humble beginnings – in a shed at the back of their home – to a much-loved local drinks brand, renowned for our premium range of award-winning Manx Gins, Rum and Vodka – and soon to include grain to bottle Single Malt Whiskey – Ushtey Bea Fynoderee. Located in Ramsey, a small seaside town in the north of the Isle of Man, our name and visual identity is inspired by The Fynoderee Folklore Story – a traditional Manx tale set in Glen Auldyn. Glen Auldyn is a picturesque glen situated a mile outside of Ramsey. It is a narrow valley with a river of the same name. Glen Auldyn translates to “Glen of Mountain Streams”. Its source is high up near the Island’s tallest peak, the mountain of “Snaefell”, and descends steeply through ruggedly beautiful scenery, including protected peat bogs and deciduous woodland. It eventually joins the Island’s longest river, “the Sulby”, which flows through Ramsey harbour and out to the Irish Sea. As a partner business to the UNESCO Biosphere Isle of Man, our ethos is to operate The Fynoderee Distillery in a way that helps to protect natural resources, develops our local economy, promotes our unique cultural heritage, and engages with our Island community. We are incredibly proud of our ‘home grown’ local team and love nothing more than actively engaging with visitors to share our unique Island spirit.
